“Warm up to recycling”

Is this even environmentalism? If it is, it has to be at the outer limits of watered-down messages;
in other words, the message is, at most, a minimal form of environmentalism.

It’s not just that the message only promotes recycling — as opposed to other environmentalism. The message also only tells people to "warm up" to recycling; so recycling is hardly promoted there.
