Pupils are card-carrying recyclers
YOUNG recyclers at St Mary’s Primary School in Bideford have been busy doing their bit for the environment. Pupils at the school have been collecting hundreds of assorted greetings cards as part of a recycling initiative run by Torridge District Council during the month of January.

Major fire breaks out in Lucknow plastic factory
Lucknow, Feb 21 (IANS) A massive fire broke out in a plastic recycling factory in a densely populated area of this Uttar Pradesh capital Monday, police said. No casualties were reported.
