Going ‘green’ this fasting month
KUALA LUMPUR: Adopt a greener Ramadan this year by cutting back on plastic bags and polystyrene food packs. Environmentalists and consumer groups hope Muslims will bring along their own containers and recycle plastic bags when shopping for food at Ramadan bazaars.
