i want to start the recycling industry of waste garbage,i want to seperate the polithin automatically and recycle it, and from other waste i wnt to produce the good desi fertizer to the formers to use in the cultivated land is this possible

Sure it is. Check out how Spokane, Washington deals with theirs.
I went to haul off trash with my brother there several years ago while
up there visiting and was pretty impressed by their operations. Pretty
much everything possible is seperated out for recycling. And this was all
done inside a really large building, no trash blowing around outside.
