Is it better if i go to a recycling place than to throw the papers into the grey can?

I don’t trust companies that claim to recycle. I use to work for a company that claimed to recycle plastic bags when in reality they simply threw them away.

Might I suggest that your newspapers be taken to your local Animal Shelter? Most of the shelter groups are in need of newspapers. I do know that the newspapers collected in the white newspaper recycle bins at the Oak Ridge animal shelter are recycled, and the money goes back to the shelter for operating costs!
To be sure it is recycled why not put it in the blue can, specifically designed for that?
recycle center is the best option
if the grey can is the trash can then NO only materials in the recycles bin(blue bin/box) get recycled
