Accessory 2 ~ Hair Clippy Redo ~ step 1

I have this little baby hair clippie (pink polka dots) and I thought to make a hair ornament using it as the base.

Yesterday, I came home with some tools form the hardware store, and got these 2 nice heavy paper bags. The bold graphics were in keeping with the overall design plan for my fashion outfit. I cut out the recycling symbol on the bottom of the bag first. I HAD to use that in the new hair ornament I designed. What is next?
