Labor finds termination of US citizen lawful
The Department of Labor has ruled that a recycling center did nothing illegal when it terminated its general manager, a U.S. citizen. Labor administrative hearing officer Barry Hirshbein, however, ordered Saipan Triple Star to pay ,200 to Antonio A. Reyes for unpaid vacation.
