When I first received my order for 2 30 count bags, there was only one in the package. Called the company, and they researched it, apologized, sent the other bag no charge and no questions. Good service after making a mistake. The bags themselves do just what I need – fit my tall kitchen recycling bin and hold all my world-saving recyclables.
