The guy who steals our deposit bottles.

Every Monday morning, this guy or one of his fellow travelers picks all the deposit bottles out of our recycle bin. The fellow in the picture is pretty clearly not doing that well, but I’ve seen much more organized efforts in the past, people with shopping carts and pick-up trucks, working their routes just ahead of the official trucks.
It’s hard to know what to do; I hate feeling like The Man, but dammit, that’s how they fund the recycling program around here.
