Just Now i have finished downloading my Wii ISO file which was of about 4.78 GB and my small sister deleted my file it took 8days and 9hours for downloading that file she moved that file to recycle bin and unfortunately i started the C Cleaner which emptied the recycle bin so please help me i want to recover that file please help me I am using Windows XP Professional

Your fault. You started Ccleaner and deleted your own file. It’s gone and there’s nothing you can do to get it back.

try using this http://www.piriform.com/recuva
it will search for deleted files..
there are many recovery programs, if you havent already overwritten the file. try majorgeeks.com many are free programs. files arent physically deleted until you reuse that disk space.
