How to recycle PVC Plastic

Recycling plastic is labor intensive and costly and the process degrades plastic material, making it difficult to reuse. Researchers across the globe are struggling to solve this problem, and Manufacturing.net reports that a recent IBM/Stanford recycling breakthrough may revolutionize plastic recycling machine by 2015. Until then, the process remains difficult and only around 5% of plastic waste in the US is recycled, according to PackagingToday.com.

Raw material first processed by bale opener and cleaner then convey equally to crusher to make about ?80mm flake material , the flakes will be washed by friction washer again ,after that material will goes to high temperature boiler to get rid of oil and dirt , and then in deposit box the material will be washed by rolling wheel. Than the material goes to the surface with washing water and will be conveyed into dewatering machine and plastic waste recycling machine to remove water, after all the steps the material can be conveyed directly to extruding machines to make granules.

According to Earth911, PVC has become one of the most commonly used construction materials over the past 50 years. The majority of this PVC is never recycled by plastic recycling machine , ending up in landfills once it is no longer needed. Recycling PVC plastic not only eliminates waste but also reduces the need to create new PVC plastic–a process that involves the highest single usage of chlorine gas in the world.

SPACE TRAVEL RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY ADAPTED FOR EARTH: “The best way to clean the environment is to make the process profitable.” – We simply domesticated flies for industrial recycling in a similar way bees were domesticated to increase industrial production of food. Thus, we cost-effectively industrialized the recycling portion of Natures life cycle to match the industrial production of livestock/poultry waste and other types of organic waste. The only outputs from our recycling process are high quality organic fertilizer and protein rich animal feed. The result, the Milinator process is very profitable while restoring balance to the ecosystem and cleaning up mountains of pollution. – The proprietary Milinator process has significant economic, health, environmental, political, and agricultural implications worldwide. A Canadian company which was established in 1923 already bought a territory license. I am currently selling territory licenses worldwide for the use of the Milinator Process on different types of organic waste.
