Dancing Recycling Bin

I saw this plastic bag for the recycling bin dancing in the wind. I thought it was very impressive how everything else around it seemed to be fine, and this bag was just dancing around like it’s no ones business. I probably won’t see this again, so I took a few pictures of it.
I wanted to take video, but my iPhone isn’t jail broken.
