Wednesday, January 19 2011 BRATTLEBORO – The town took a small step toward a more environmentally friendly community last month with the installation of two public recycling receptacles for bottles and cans, designed by Brattleboro- based company Recycle Away.

Roughed Up Lhasa Apso
6:39 p.m. A Caroline Road woman called in to say that she had reported her husband as a possible DUI candidate and wanted to know if he’d been picked up yet. yet. 7:53 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman complained that a pit bull habitually comes into her yard and roughs up her little Lhasa apso. The dog is currently uninjured but definitely “shook up.”
