Plan to increase recycling approved in Dutchess committee
POUGHKEEPSIE – A plan to increase recycling in Dutchess County has won the support of the Environment Committee of the county legislature. County Legislator Joel Tyner, a former committee chairman, said increasing recycling is good the environment and the economy.
