Pa. governor signs public pension, recycling bills
(AP:HARRISBURG, Pa.) Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell has signed bills that reduce pension benefits for newly hired state and public-school employees and require the establishment of recycling programs for electronic devices, his office said Wednesday.
