Q&A: How easy or difficult is it to recycle in the country where you live?

Question by Jennifer Rush~UK and Ireland: How easy or difficult is it to recycle in the country where you live?
I have a little brown bin for food waste. I have a black box for cans and clothes. I have a wheelie bin for other stuff that the Council considers as recyclable. Garden waste will not be taken. Plastic will not be taken.

Cardboard has to go out on the pavement each Monday morning for someone to break their neck on falling over.

And … if you want to get rid of a large kitchen appliance, my Council charge £15 for the honour.

it’s quite easy in london… they take away garden waster like grass and leaves every 2 weeks
