Abington trash fees will take effect in new year
Board of Health Chairman Kenneth Coyle said each household will not be charged for the first three bags or barrels of waste. However, each household will be charged for each additional bag or barrel and for especially large or heavy items – objects that weigh 40 pounds or will not fit in a trash barrel.
